I'm really glad you reached out--this community is here for exactly this reason. It's okay to feel overwhelmed; you're dealing with a lot, and asking for support is a sign of strength. One thing that sometimes helps people in tough situations is organizing their needs clearly, even if they're not planning something like a gofundme https://gofundme.pissedconsumer.com/review.html. Breaking things down into small steps can make the road feel much less impossible. You're not alone and you have people here who truly care.
This time of the year again! Happy Holidays to you as well! It's a fresh start, and I hope it brings peace, health, and plenty of small victories. I spent part of the morning getting questions answered on JustAnswer https://justanswer.pissedconsumer.com/review.html because I vowed to start the year more organized. Little steps really set the tone. Wishing everyone here a calm, steady, and hopeful new year.
were you able to get back your data? Sorry you're going through that--being hacked is incredibly stressful. Make sure you change passwords on every major account. I recently added total adblock https://total-adblock.pissedconsumer.com/review.html to my setup and it honestly cut down on sketchy redirects a lot. Also consider enabling two-factor authentication everywhere. Hope things get sorted quickly for you.

I'm not a tax expert either, so TurboTax is a lifesaver when it comes to preparing my taxes independently. With their software, I can navigate the process without needing external help. They provide helpful reference materials that make it easy to understand, and if I encounter any issues, their turbotax customer service number team is always there to assist. Their specialists are knowledgeable and explain things in a way that makes everything straightforward. TurboTax truly empowers me to handle my taxes confidently on my own.
I had surgery in April 2004 and joined I think a little before that. Would love to reactivate my account. I miss the support. My old email is [email protected] but haven't used that for years

I've been off this site for years, but decided to check back in to see if any of the 'old' OFF'ers were still on here. I have most of my old off friends as friends on FB so didn't really feel the need to come back on here. I'm almost 13 years out (July 16, 2009) and have never looked back, nor regretted my decision to do RNY. As of this morning I'm still down 112# and haven't fluctuated more than 10#'s either way. I have pretty much learned not to over eat, however on occasion I goof and feel miserable. Not often tho. I've encouraged people to explore their options and have seen some great successes. Just wanted to check in and say Don't give up. Follow directions and you will certainly succeed. Best of luck to you all.
Hang in there and just get back to basics. Your situation is pretty normal. I gained back 30lbs from my lowest weight, and I think nearly everyone gains back at least 20+ from lowest.
So, I had VBG/sleeve in 2008. I started at 350 and lost down to 230. Over the past 2 years I have gained to 263. I am scared, I do not want to gain this back.i actually would like to lose to below my lowest weight. Please, I need some buddies here.
Thanksð?'?
