Hello Julia

was up at 5:30 ran all morning and early afternoon then crashed for a nap.  up again went for a walk and here it is 10:00 pm and I am awake with no tiredness in sight.

Today I had whole grain toast for breakfast, half a hamburger for lunch and fajita beef strips with salad for dinner.  Snack was blueberries.

I have been in Wy for a week now and it is too beautiful for words.  Tomorrow we are going to visit an interment camp used in WWII to house Japanese Americans.  One of Roosevelt's grand ideas.

hope you had a good day

Hi Ladies,

I woke up with a cold this morning.. I didn't eat breakfast until noon so my schedule is off course today. It didn't taste good even water bothered me today unless I put a flavored water enhancer in it. I went up to the pharmacy to get some cold medicine.  I just been laying on the couch,  resting.

Breakfast egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese.

Lunch garlic and herb tuna pouch, yellow pepper and baby carrots.

Supper will be the last of the cracked slaw and mixed veggies

Snack Greek yogurt and an apple

Everyone have a good evening.

I am running in and out.  I had eggs with picante sauce and toast for breakfast. Lunch will be beans and potatoes.  Dinner will be shrimp and vegetables.

I am snacking on cantaloupe; my daughter's garden produced tons and they are so sweet and juicy.

Ladies, have a wonderful Thursday

Good Morning OFF,

Today, I had a banana and toast for breakfast.  I'm not sure what the rest of the day holds as far as food is concerned.

I have therapy this morning, and a haircut this afternoon.

I hope to get a lot of tidying done today.  My house looks like a tornado went through.

Hugs,

Trish

Today I'm on the BRAT diet.

Took the kids to see The Secret Life of Dogs.  Then we went shopping to get school supplies for needy kids at their school.  Oh my gosh.  I spent way too much money.  But, I'll save the receipt and deduct it on my taxes next year.

Must scoot.

Hugs,

Trish

Hi everyone

Today we packed a picnic and took a ride up Chief Joseph's Highway.  We were going to go to Cooke City then backtrack a little and head up to Red Lodge.  When we got to Cooke City we realized we were only 4 miles from the N.E. gate of Yellowstone.  So we headed that way.  Sadly there was a serious accident 7 miles inside the gate and we got caught for awhile.  After waiting about 30 minutes we were told that it would be at least another hour before the victim was flown out so we turned around and came back to Cody.  The drive was beautiful and next time we will go straight to Red Lodge.

I had raisin bran for breakfast,  fajita beef strips for lunch and for dinner I will be raiding the fridge for leftovers of some kind.  If I want a snack it will be fruit.

I walked a little over 6,000 steps so far today.

Hope everyone had a great day today

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday I woke up with sore throat and a runny nose but I don't feel sick. So I don't know what is going on. I still have a runny nose today. I've been sitting in the air condition so I don't feel it's allergies.

It's a rainy day here so no walk outside but I did my exercise dvd.

Breakfast McDonald's egg mcmuffin and string cheese

Lunch tuna pouch garlic and herb, yellow pepper and baby carrots

Supper cracked slaw and mixed veggies

Snack Greek yogurt with chia seeds and a banana. I might have some ice cream but not sure right now.

Next Monday I'll get to spend a couple days with my brother and SIL.

Everyone have a good evening.

Yvonne
