I'm reminded of my pediatrician when I told him my daughter wasn't eating and she was about 7 or 8 and he said, when she is hungry, she will eat and I said, she picks at her food and he said, picking is eating and when she is hungrier, she will eat more. LOL....I have a great nephew who would only eat kraft macaroni and cheese and I always made homemade mac and cheese and he turned his nose up because it wasn't kraft. Well, he stayed with me when his mother had surgery and after about the third day, he began to eat my mac and cheese and my other foods that I cooked....kids are catered to way too much these days.

Im busy with a eight yr old!
I brought my nephew back from Chicago with me. I am taking him home on Tuesday next week! Man is he a picky eater! I cook what he says he likes and then he won't eat!
I'm at wits end! All that boy want is sugar and I refuse to give him that!
Today we r going to Disney Springs to see the street acts. It's free!
Tomorrow Carl and Elie are going fishing again.

Hey All,
I am working from home today because I am expecting a visitor and I want to cook some delicious food for her and I cannot cook from work so I'm home.
I see everyone is busy and most are traveling and that is always good.
Breakfast today: Oatmeal and Walnuts
Lunch: Potato soup
Dinner Beans, okra, fried potatoes with peppers, onions, and celery, and cornbread with corn, peppers, and cheese.
Ladies, hope you are all staying busy....eating good....and drinking water. Talk to me....and each other.

Hey Yvonne and OFF,
I am exhausted. Took Frankie to the playground, then McDonalds for lunch, then bowling. We were at my house about 45 minutes. Then met Colleen and the gang at their other grandparents for a swim. I'm exhausted beyond words.
Breakfast was yogurt and granola.
Lunch was a salad and grilled chicken at McDonalds.
Dinner was sesame chicken and white rice
I have no clue what my snack will be.
In spite of my exhaustion, I will drag myself to an AA meeting.

Hi ladies,
I lost two more pounds, I've lost more this month than in awhile. I must be doing something right. The exercise was off last week but I got my walk in this afternoon. It finally quit raining. Now it's warming up again. Tomorrow it's suppose to be 95.
Breakfast egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese.
Lunch garlic and herb tuna pouch, yellow pepper and baby carrots
Supper a dish called cracked slaw and green beans
Snack Greek yogurt with chia seeds, banana and a small dish of ice cream

Well I didn't do as well as I would have liked today.
Once I got the bear spray and read the instructions I knew I was not prepared to use it. It says you should get a practice can so you will know how to use it before you have to. The practice can wasn't mentioned at the store so I have to investigate that before I go to Yellowstone. They did sell bear spray relief spray in case you dose yourself. Should probably get that too. So, I didn't walk the trail. So far today I have only walked 5,000 steps. I won't get much more than that. Gotta do better tomorrow.

Yesterday was warm but bearable because of the low humidity. Today????? Rain, high wind, major temperature drop. I was equipped with capris, T-shirt, light cotton jacket, and an umbrella. Not sufficient. Got to the Buffalo Bill Cody Dam and the wind turned my umbrella inside out and my hair was standing on end. Soon as we got back to the cottage we went to the truck and hauled out the suitcase with the winter clothes in it. Didn't think I would have to do that until September. I now have jeans, long sleeve shirts, sweaters, and different weight jackets plus my raincoat. Now watch tomorrow is supposed to be colder but Tuesday could be warm again.

Your meal plan is better than what I did today. I had a bagel for breakfast, udon for lunch and shared a hamburger with homemade fries. Portions were good but too many carbs. Tomorrow is another day.

hope your hubby gets your text. I'd rather have a lumpy mattress than not have a good pillow. Enjoy your alone time.
Maintaining is good. I'm trying to loose another 10 pounds before I plateau. Don't know if I'll get there.
