Judy, so sorry about Bandit. Yes, you probably should get his teeth cleaned if he has a heart murmur. Anything wrong in the system goes to the heart. I know about expensive pets. I had to cash in my change bucket for this little trip. Not buying any crap on vacation ... just enjoying being away.
Yeah, my car needs work, I need a crown on my tooth and I have to pay fed taxes. So join the crowd.
Thanks everyone. We had a long day on the road, but a great dinner. The time share villa is OK, not great, but it'll do. The sofa bed is not all that comfortable, but Gary says his bed isn't that comfortable either.

Hi Ladies,
Not much going on today. I did go shopping earlier. I got 5 jugs of laundry detergent for11.00. That will last me for quite awhile. Got some food at a another store. Went to dollar tree for a few things. Tomorrow I will go to Sams club to get my usual food supply and gas in my car.

Hello Vickie.....I didn't get on here until 1 PM either. I just take longer every day to take care of myself!!
I think Caralee is doing great for only being not quiet two months yet. She is so alert and has such a sweet way about her. I wish I could be there to help you with her!! She is just a sweet sweet little girl!! Kiss her little toes for me!!!
You may be right...you will have to work on changing your schedule to hers....at least for right now until she is more settled in at night.
It is nice that your mom can watch Caralee while you go for your walk. That gives you about an hour to clear your head and prepare for the day. Congrats on the weight loss...that is great!
You have a wonderful rest of the day cuddling, kissing and sniffing that baby!! Oh that wonderful baby smell!!!

Hello Judy....I am so sorry to hear that little Bandit has a stage 2 heart murmur. It is so hard to know what to do. Of course no matter what, you want what is best for them.They are family!
Vet bills are really sky rocketing. I know several people that actually have insurance on their pets. Mostly because of the Vet costs. Also because animals are living longer which means more and more Vet bills as they get older and have more illnesses.
I hope you and Rick can get it worked out. I am so sorry. I will be praying for Bandit and also for you!

Hello Kathy....my heart is breaking for you....losing a pet is no different then losing any other family member. She probably did know she was going. I am so sorry. I can only imagine the quietness in your home. Those dogs do make a huge difference. They are always happy to see us and love us. I am sure she is having fun over the Rainbow Bridge with all the other pets.
I am still hurting over Kippley. I guess because I wasn't there. They now have Utah who is so much like Kippley other then she is a Golden Lad and Kippley was black. Utah is making everyone there happy so that is a wonderful thing!
Yes, having my grandchildren around me is always a happy time for me!! We always have fun and do a lot of laughing!! I thank GOD for them every day!
