Hi Judy,
Im not sure what im doing for the fourth of july.
Today i went bike riding. But when i got home i fell and hit my head hard on the pavement but no blood just a goose egg. Also scraped my leg. Im doing okay. I laugh about it now but at the time i was embarrassed because some people saw me fall.
It sure cool off today from what its been. At least it didn't rain.
Rick is always grilling something good. He sounds like a keeper.

Morning!!! Sun is out and the Humidity is low so we can breathe easy today!! 
Last night Rick cooked a Pork Tenderloin on the grill. OMG did that ever turn out good!!!!!!!!! It was one that we bought already seasoned so all he had to do was cook it. YUMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
We will do that again!!! For some reason me and pork don't get along when I eat it. But this was really tender and juicy so I got it to go down good!!
Bought some fresh Strawberries yesterday. They were demoing them at Walmart. They were really sweet so yup had to buy a big container. So today I am going to slice some up and add some strawberry jello over them and have that as a dessert.
Anyone have any plans for the Fourth of July? We don't do anymore cookouts here for the tenants. I refuse to do them until one certain tenant moves out. I don't do any activities here anymore.
Well Bandit is asking me for his potty walk so I better take him...LOL

Where in Michigan are you again? I saw some parts had flooding so bad that parts of roads are washed away!!
I had two bikes and Rick sold one when I was taking care of mom. I can't ride them at all anymore. The tops of my leg area hurt so much I can't get any further than around to the other side of the office. And that is NOT far!! I even tried a bike with 20 some different speeds...nope that didn't help either. So I guess I am not meant to ride a bike anymore.
Will keep your sister in my prayers. You also.
OMG Kathy!!! UTI's are nothing to let go like that!! My sister and a couple of my tenants get them and have to go to the hospital every time now when theirs come back!!! Keep fighting that!!!

Hi ladies,
Im still here. I had vacation a couple weeks ago to south Carolina for a week. Im invited to go again at Christmas time. My friends daughter is having a baby.
The weather has been good in michigan. Not super hot. Monday it's only getting to be high of 66 so it probably feel cold to me.
I got a bike yesterday. At least i didn't fall flat on my face when I rode it.
My SIL was diagnosis with liver cancer. She starts chemotherapy on Tuesday.
That's about all for me.
This is way over my fifth year check up. I do get a little nervous, but after so long I am just eager to get each check up done. I had an intestinal blockage last year that was related to my WLS. When it happened I felt it. Apparently it took a while to block completely, but I didn't realize anything until nothing was moving through at all. I was so sick, I lost 17 pounds in one week. If you ever start throwing up nonstop, think of this. I waited too long to push for surgery. If it ever happens again I'll be requesting a weight loss surgeon immediately.
