Breast reduction WITHOUT implants-- anyone?
!!
We're hoping that insurance will pay for the abdomniplasty, and he said that he's positive that they'll pay for the BR (he works with my insurance company on a regular basis, and said that I'm well within the criteria for them to pay for it).
I'm not sure how I feel about the reduction... I'd love to have less of the girls to deal with, and less pain, but I think dh will go into mourning if the girls are completely gone, lol. Mary VSG 4/18/06 123 pounds lost in 8 months! 258/147/136

I had a BL/BR four years ago this last August. I chose not to have implants because of the problems my older sister has had with them. I realized that even implants SAG after time just like regular breasts without them, so I opted for doing the right thing.
My poor breasts before surgery were pointing so far south that they were turning inward and were so flat they looked like the sloping side of a mountain. I had started out wearing a size 58H before WLS and am now a 36D. I am SO HAPPY with them! They point east/west and I had him make the aerola smaller because mine were huge! I have a litte more sensation in the left nipple than the right, but they are symmetrical and look absolutely flawless, even four years later! I'm so glad I made this decision! Good luck and God bless! Robin
