thighs are tight after inner thigh lift

I had an inner thigh lift, butt & back lift on 3/30 and I am doing pretty good. but my thighs feel very tight especially when I am sitting in a regular chair .is that from all the swelling? the skin is all closed up now , my DR. doesn't use staples sutures on the inside & steri strips on the outside hopefully when I go on Wednesday he will take off all the steri strips and  4 drains & let me shower. my butt & back don't hurt @ all,each day I walk better & better .
how long before you can drive? I am going crazy not driving

I didn't have thigh work but my arms were incredibly tight from the swelling the first couple of weeks - in fact, I believe that's why I had a wound separation. . . . be very careful about moving around and good luck.
