Pre-op appointments complete!

Tomorrow is surgical prep starting at noon!

Admit at 6 AM on Thursday, surgery at 8.

Hernia repair and panni removal....here I come.

Any last minute offers of wisdom?

Good luck with your surgery! Just stay on top of your pain meds and stool softeners and get in plenty of protein for healing! I'm sure you'll do great.

I know how you are feeling. I am 9 days out and still have drains and lots of bruising/swelling. Just be patient and know it will get better

Patience is hard to have when you look in the mirror and wonder if you will ever look "normal" again. I quit taking my pain meds during the day after one week and only take them at night. The drains are a pain but a necessity. Let us know how you are doing as soon as your able and you will be fine.

I hope all goes well for you. I am seeing a plastic surgeon next week, and I also have a hernia. I am hoping to have a TT, hernia repair, and breast lift done at the same time.......I'll see what the surgeon has to say. Be well!
