Your results will continue to change over time. It's still too soon to see final results due to swelling. I have to agree with another poster. The size of your breasts looks very propotionate with your frame size and width of your hips. Any smaller and I think you'd look disproportionate. But only you really know what you want and like. I hope you get the results you are looking for. I think you look great. There's no comparison between the before & afters. She did beautiful work.

Autum..

I know you're saying you're not happy with your new boobs, but girrrrrrrrrrl, they look beautiful to me...they are right in proportion with that new smokin' bod of yours...I'm sorry you are unhappy with your results and I hope things are fixed to YOUR liking, but you really do look FANTASTIC...

Blessings, Dear One..!!

I agree with the others here that your surgeon did a beautiful job, and you look proportionate, but I get it that it's YOUR boobs, and you live with them.

That said, I also had several rounds of plastics in October, and even though I went to a surgeon that is known for having very little swelling in most patients, I still have several swollen areas. I'd be amazed if all swelling is gone from your breasts, as it can take close to a year for some.

Are you wearing a bra or garment that gives extra compression? If you had one after surgery, keep wearing it, as it's the best way to get and keep the swelling down.

i'm sorry they aren't as small as you wanted! maybe they are still swollen some? I have never seen ones come out so "normal" looking afterwards, they usually look like they are being pulled sideways or more square like. I want your surgeon! :o)

Wow, but they look awesome. They look noticeably smaller that on the other picture. Maybe they are swollen.  I plan on having a BR/BL in March and I am praying for results like yours.

I agree with the other posters.  Your breasts look amazing. And, you may still have some swelling.  I can't imagine how YOU can't see how much smaller they are. But again, I never saw fat when I looked in the mirror.  I think you need to embrace the new you.  They are proportionate and symmetrical.  Beautiful.

I had BR about 10 years ago and my surgeon wouldn't even hear of a revision for a year. She said that your are still healing for a long time and your breasts will "drop" into a more natural shape after a few months. I think you may be rushing things a little bit. I would share your concerns with your surgeon but I would also give yourself some more time to heal.

PS, I think they look awesome and look smaller.
PS 2, I was very emotional after surgery, something I didn't expect. One day I thought I was too big, the next I thought I was too small, it was a roller coaster. I am glad I waited because I think they are perfect now.

Good luck!

You still have some swelling and settling to get through but if you feel you still have too much weight on your shoulders and back that needs to be considered.

You will want to see how many grams of tissue your PS removed...that generally correlates with relief of symptoms, but is of course no guarantee that you will be pain free.  This is true for all neck, back, and shoulder pain.

It looks like you had some excellent work done, and to me it seems you had a lot of abdominal muscle repair too (hence the smaller more shapely waist).

Your abdominal muscles are probably the most important determinant of your lower back function so it may take some time for that equilibirum to re-develop too.  I would not decleare the surgery a failure until you tried a little physical therapy and core stregthening after your PS clears you.  Keep us posted.

well i went to the ps yesterday for my checkup. my breasts look alot different then the 1 day post op pic you guys are viewing on my pic page. they have dropped and are not as ''up there and firm" as they were that day.
anyway i told her i wished i was smaller and she said she took over 1lb a piece off and if she would have taken anymore they wouldnt look as nice and she also said she needed to leave enough tissue to keep the nipple from dying.  the tissue keeps the blood flow to alow the nipple to live. i understand what she was saying and it is what it is. i will put a current pic up here later today so you all will know what im talking about.

thanks for all your replies!
