has anyone had a infection after a tummy tuck?

I'm wondering if i may have a infection, the doctor on call today gave me antibiotics there is some swelling and redness at the incision site and it is swollen... could this be a infection? they said my blood came back fine.  I am almost 5 weeks out, I started having problems this past monday

if you were given antibiotics then you have an infection
