pre op today /arms & girls next Wednesday!

I can't believe my pre op is today!  This is really real.  Brachioplasty and breast lift will be next Wednesday,  I have been checking this board almost daily and have learned so much.  I am hoping I will be like most and this will be easier than the LBL was.  My biggest concern is that I have carpel tunnel that flares up from time to time and I am thinking the swelling could set it off.  But, this is temporary and will soon be behind me...right?!  :)

i just had my mons area fixed and i am so happy with results.

I will have BL in january.

I want that done too!!  Did you do it as part of something else or just the only thing that was fixed?  Was it a long surgery?  How many days did you have to be off?  Can I ask cost if it was just the Mons?  Sorry for all the questions but I really want this done.

I had my TT last year September and my PS did not lifted mons at all.It was so bad looking.i told him it needs to be fixed.

he fixed it September 14 with my seroma surgery and Tt revision, he took of some skin more.

Surgery was 3,5 hours and I went home the same day.it was much easuer recovery then TT, i took 1 week off from work. he did lipo in my mons as well, it did not hurt me at all.

He did not chatge me, he charged insurance for seroma surgery, it was approved.
But I saw today how much he is asking insurance to pay, i was in shock  27,000!

Wow, for 3 hours surgery! i do not know how much he will get.

Thanks for the info.  I might go back to my PS also.  He did the same thing as what happened to you - didn't touch it for some reason.  AND I had specifically asked in our pre op meeting if that would be fixed and he said yes.  I shoudl have been more aggressive about it at follow up appts but was so thrilled with the apron being gone that I didn't pu****  He has a strong accent and the communication isn't the best.

yea, this is why i changed PS for my breast lift and that is why I am having 2 surgeries insted of 1.

 yep, me too!  I changed surgeons for round 2 because of same thing.  Thanks so much for all the info.  Good luck!
