Will all the feeling ever come back?

 Hi - had my facelift with Dr Bello as well as arms 4 weeks ago and pain is finally manageable but face is as you say numb below the cheekbones - hard to smile and I think it looks bad with the swelling areas - who did your facelift?  I saw that you used Dr Aceves for the sleeve - and his office is *****commended me to Dr Bello.....I hate thinking that it could be several more months before the face feels and looks normal - or maybe never???  I was so unaware of this before hand - thought recovery would be a few weeks....
