MY UNDERARMS ARE BARKING
OK.. not life threatening but dang!!! When did y'all that had brachioplasty get to shave under your arms... My underarms are barking!!

Oh I feel you! Shaving around the incision right now. Started that at about a week and a half and wa given the go ahead for deodorant at 2 weeks. Right now I have this weird area of healing (not healing) very white were the incision lookslike it pulles apart then is trying to reheal. Not sure I won't have to have a revision on this scar REALLY soon.

I purchased a battery powered super small bikini razor and used it on my arms for a long time. (I think I used it within the first week.) My hair follicles were not removed (bummer)! I had mine done in the summer and after about 4 days thought I was going to go insane with no deodarant and no shaving. I used sensitive/hypoallergenic deodarant for a while!
Well. while observing under my arms I noticed my insicion splitting a bit on one side. luckily my appointment is tomorrow and they just said to keep compression on it for now. My arms will definitely need a revision as even the surgeon said he should have taken more off. A little frustrated but oh well..... such is life...
I started out with ACE bandages and now I have compression sleeves but they are going to fit me with different ones tomorrow because these are too tight and might have dug into that insicion area.
As far as shaving and deodorant the nurse said NO... Soap and water only..
update on that opening tomorrow.
