You are still very much swollen but look at your before picture and see how far you have come. It is amazing what surgeons can do for us. Not everybody will get that perfectly flat belly, it is according to how much fat tissue is still under the skin. Some people just have hanging skin and no fat left underneath so the doctor can pull that skin much tighter. The down side of that is usually most of your elasticity is gone and the skin will relax again in about 6 months. I know mine is not near as tight as it was in the beginning. So don't get down, as you lose a few more pounds your swelling will go down and you should retain a really nice hour glass shape. Be Patience.

Swollen. I'm really surprised that your doc told you that this is your final result. Mine cheerfully informed me that the bad swelling didn't even start until around 3 weeks out, and he was right.
Even if you end up unhappy with your final result, most surgeons won't do revisions until you're 6 months to a year out from surgery. So there's nothing to really do now but wait and see how everything settles. Then you can have a conversation with your surgeon about what you're unhappy about and see if there's a fix for it.
