Breast Lift/Reduction -wearing a bra at night

My BL/BR was 31/07/12 (wow it has been that long!).
After my bra blubber removal in two seller ate times due to wound-healing issues that I have, I have gone from 42D or40c depending on the American bra.
In Israel we use European sizes. I went from 95C/D to 90B and my boobies look like half avocados.
