has anyone had lopsidedness after extended  brachioplasty or LBL. I'm not sure if one side pulled up more than other still with significant swelling though. Will this settle? its not very noticeable

You don't heal evenly.  The two sides of your body are different - muscles and tissue located a little differently, lymphatic system a little different, veins not in exactly the same place.  So even if your surgeon did identical incisions on both sides, they won't be exactly alike.  My guess is that they will even out as the swelling goes down.  If it's not very noticeable now, it'll be even less noticeable later.  The swelling makes everything worse.

After one of my surgeries I noticed some lopsidedness I was unhappy with.  The doc was happy to fix it after enough healing time went by so we could see for sure how much it was off.  The swelling really does make things worse, so I hope you are seeing less of it by now.
