Pannis removal sept 23

Well.. it is gettibg done.  Im hopibg for better body image that will contribute to increased self esteem ... and being less fearful to exercse in public as the " bouncing pannis " embarrasses me.

I fear that this will not be magic fix to.. my opinion of myself, but am hopeful.

Thete are not many puctures of pannis removal on here, so i will submit in due time

4 days out. No to minimal pain.  Being mobile is easy. Drains not as creepy as i thought. So far so good - looking forward to when i can stop wearing binders and swelling has decreased so i can see what it looks like.

Congrsts.  My ps said to keep protein at 100 gmd a day to promote healing.  Check with yours.

Protein is important for healing. Swelling will continue to go down for several months.... Congratulations
