insurance questions

i have a question about insurance-i have both medicare & medicaid and am having alot loose skin, rashes, skin breakdown. i was told that medicare will cover plastic surgery if it is medically necessary. has anyone else had this type of insurance and will they cover plastic surgery? just wondering. thanks

It is worth a try. Have lots of pictures, documentation of doctor visits and medicines prescribed.
