Hope you are having a great week. Christmas will be here before we know it as quickly as this year is going by. LOL As everyone knows...this is a grateful post. We ALL have something to be grateful for in our lives.....whether it is big or very small. Reading this post or anything for that matter is something to be grateful for. PLEASE share with us what you are grateful for. Today I am grateful for my WLS and all the choices for WLS today...my family and friends.....health and life.....my Faith and answered prayers. Grateful for support groups which are so important in our WL journeys. Grateful for bariatric surgeons who genuinely care about their patients and have support groups for them. Grateful for Obesity Help and their upcoming OH Conference in New Orleans, La. Sept. 9 - 10. Hope you are planning on attending. Have a wonderful day.
Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

I am so glad everything went well. Wishing you lots of luck. Keep up the good work and keep us all updated.
I am so glad to hear how great you have done since your surgery. I believe you will get off 50 before your vacation. I understand what you are talking about in regards to counting calories and working out. I have week that I work out 3 x a week and then today I was supposed to go work out and I just sat in my chair after work. I couldn't get in gear. I too have days where I eat too much like crackers. I just get on these kicks and I regret it. I am supposed to go for my second fill this Friday. My doc set a goal for me to lose 6 lbs. I don't think I will make it. I am finding that I really have to work hard at this. Just keep spreading the word about the realize band and its success. Keep up the good work.
Hey everyone,
I've hit a major plateau..I've been yo-yoing the same 5 pounds for months now. My last fill was in Feburary. Most days I get full rather quickly but am hungry again about an hour later...other days I'm starving and just feel like I could eat all day. I'm not really sure what's going on. I know I need another slight fill but my next appointment isn't until September 30th. At this point, I'm just seeking some advice on what I should maybe do to try to bust out of this plateau. And seeking some advice on what I should be eating on a daily basis. I've started exercising a few times a week hoping that will help some but I start to get discouraged when I dont see the scale go down. Any help/advice would be great. Thanks everyone.
