  Good Friday Everyone,

I am kinda sad today.   Today I have to return my son back to Teen Challenge.    I keep telling myself...4 more months and he will have completed his year long program tthere.    Today I am SO grateful for programs such as Teen Challenge who offers hope to ALL addicts of all sorts.    Thank you God for all the changes in his life.....I know that YOU and you ALONE are the reason for these amazing changes.    For you who have not heard....my 26 yr. old son has battled heron addiction for the past 5 yrs and has been a drug addictt since he was about 12 or 13.   He entered into Teen Challenge last August and has now been clean for 8 months.    He has gained over 40 lbs since he went into the program and when he gets out he will have a wonderful future awaiting him.   SO today I am grateful for Teen Challenge.   PLEASE keep me in your prayers today as I drive for about 12 hours taking him back to SA and back home.    PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for on this beautiful friday morning.    Have a blessed day !!

  Good Thursday Morning Everyone,

Thank you everyone who said prayers for me yesterday on my 11 hour round trip to pick my son up from Teen Challenge.   I will appreciate it if everyone would pray for me again tomorrow as I return him and do the 11 hour trip again.   Fun Fun....LOL      Today I am SO grateful for ALL of the positive changes in my son's life.    Life is great for him now and I feel that God is going to bless him with a very bright future.     For you who are wondering about me after my fall on tuesday night.   I sat on a bedpillow and drove for 11 hours yesterday.   I  did very frequent stops and got out and walked around so I wouldn't be so sore.    I am not 100% yet but SO much better than yesterday.    Thank you for your prayers.     Life is good and so is God !!!  So I am grateful for life and my family today.   PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today.   Have a BLESSED day !!!

  Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

Please keep me in your prayers today.    I am driving 5+ hours today to pick up my middle son from Teen Challenge for a 3 day pass then returning him on friday.    I need prayes not only for the drive but I fell late yesterday afternoon and hurt my upper left thigh/buttock area and I am in alot of pain.    I am SO grateful today though for the opportunity to go and pick himi up and spend some quality time with him even if it does mean sitting on my hurt backside for about 11 hours today.    I am so grateful to God for the changes that my son has made in his life in the past 8 months since he entered into the Teen Challenge program.   So grateful for God delivering him from his heron addiction and having me to be strong enough to hold up to all that I have been through and me not gaining ALL my weight back due to stress.   I am SO grateful today for my bariatric surgeon and his staff for all the great care that I have received for the past 6+ yrs. since my surgery.    I am just a very grateful person today.    I am a truly blessed woman to have been told also about Obesity Help and I am so grateful to everyone who gave me advice and support on all the message boards on here.   PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today.   Please forgive me if I seem to be rambling today.....I've had 3 hours sleep.   Have a blessed day !!!
