Hope everyone is having a great week. Today I am grateful for a program called Teen Challenge ( If you have heard me stand on my soap box about them before this is NOT the same post LOL ). Last week I walked out into my garage and the front half of my celing had come down. The same thing happened on the back part of my garage a couple on months ago. Today these precious guys are coming out to replace the sheetrock on the ceiling. IF anyone needs ANY kind of work done around their house, yard work, repair jobs, house cleaning, etc.....Teen Challenge is a Christian substance recovery program with a 95% success rate and this program is ran mostly by donations and love offerings. They charge very little for their work so it may be something that you can turn to if you need repair work done. Also if you know any one who is struggling with alcohol or drug addictions....this place is amazing. I have a son who is 8 months into their 1 yr. program. Hope you had a great weekend. Mine was pretty uneventful. As I think about what I am grateful for today ......there are SO many things that come to my mind. The one thing today that really stands out to me is FAMILY . I am SO very grateful for my family. Family is SO very important....whether it is your "natural born family" or a "chosen one", You on OH are a extended family for me and I dearly love you guys. I am SO grateful for my friends and "chosen family" here on OH. You guys are the BEST !!!! Thank you if I haven't told you guys this before how much you mean to me and how much OH means to me. It has been a HUGE part of my life for over 7 yrs. and I personally can't imagine life without OH in it. There would certainly be a void there without it. PLEASE Share with us what you are grateful for today. Have a blessed Monday.

This coming sunday is our monthly Support Group meeting. We meet sunday from 3:30 - 4:30 PM at Carroll Watkins Driving School.....303 N. Main Street......Keller, Tx. 76248. The school is located in Keller Plaza Center next door to Dollar General. Our topic this month is Cross Addictitions. Please come if you can and be part of our group. Hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend. Not sure what the weekend will bring me so far. Today I am grateful for Obesity Help. Obesity Help has been a huge part of my life for the last 7 + yrs. I am over 6 yrs. post op and found out about OH when I went to my surgeron's Seminar. I am SO grateful that he told everyone about Obesity Help. I have gotten LOTS of great advice over the years here. I am grateful for all the different message boards, wonderful people, and all the support given day after day and for all the hard work all OH's staff put in all the time. Grateful for the AMAZING OH Conferences that they put on each year. Grateful for all the people that I have met at the conferences....if made some WONDERFUL friends for life here. PLEASE share with us what you are grateful for today.

It's almost the weekend again. It sure is coming quicker and quicker or so it seems. We ALL have so very much in our lives to be grateful for. Many many things we seem to take for granted....such as waking up......walking.....talking.....hearing....etc. We are a blessed people !!! Today I am grateful for my Fatih. I had faith when I had WLS that I would loose my weight. I did lose but I never personally reached my "normal BMI". But that is OK. At least I am healthy and a whole lot happier than I was before losing 140 lbs. I am grateful for Faith in my life concetrning spiritual things. I am glad that I had Fatih that my 26 yr. old son who is in Teen Challenge for being a drug addict half of his life will remain drug free due to this AMAZING program when he gets out in August. I have lots of Faith and I am SO grateful for it. PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today.
