When is it ok to start eating lettuce or salads? I'm 2 weeks out!

Every surgeon's plan is different, but my plan didn't allow me to have any fibrous veggies (leafy greens or celery****il I was 3 months out.

Hi Alisha! When I was 2 wks out, I was moved from liquids to pureed foods. I didn't have salads for about 3 more weeks (ie out of pureed and soft foods). Where are you at with your food plan per your Surgeon's directions?

I wasn't allowed any raw veges until I was 3 months out....I craved a salad so bad for weeks. On my way home from my 3 month check up, I stopped at Walmart and got all my salad fixins. I never had a salad taste so good.....lol
