did you find something good? I do chicken soup quite often. Lots of great ideas in here -- chicken is one of those things you can make a thousand different ways without getting bored. I've been trying to keep things simple but flavorful. Someone posted a marinade earlier that made me think of something I saw in primo water reviews about keeping ingredients "clean" and it gave me a laugh. Definitely trying a few of these recipes this week.
