French Chicken Pot (crock pot)
 6 (4 ounce) skinned & boned uncooked chicken breast pieces
¼ cup fat free French dressing
6 tablespoons apricot spreadable fruit
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.  Evenly arrange chicken pieces in prepared container.  In a medium bow, combine French dressing & spreadable fruit.  Stir in onion flakes & parsley flakes.  Drizzle dressing mixture evenly over chicken pieces.  Cover & cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.  When serving, evenly spoon sauce over chicken.
