You will have to travel. There are very few surgeons that do many of the RNY to DS revisions, and I wouldn't go to just any surgeon that claims they can handle it. It's a complicated surgery, and you want someone who has done many, and seen and handled many complications. If your the one with leaks or other issues, you want the best, and your health is worth the travel.
I think the best 2 pieces of advice that I have been given over the years are #1....... RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH. and #2........... Go to a surgeon who does ALL 4 WLS!!!!!! That way you get accurate information, and the surgeon will not try and sway you into an ERNY.

(I was told that the $4,000.00 program fee is included in this $11,000.00 fee)
On my paperwork, The hospital fee (I think it was for a 4 day stay) was $17,500.00)))))
