Revision for RNY covered by HMO?

Hi I have an HMO- Global Health....inadequate weight loss, weight gain, tons of ulcers, I would like to have a revision. Anyone have advice on how to start?

go to the surgeon's office, make an appt. request surgery w/the insurance co.

Does Global Health cover WLS?  You may need to contact surgeons that offer WLS revision and see what their process is!  Best wishes :)
