Revision question to RNY

I am in the process of getting (hopefully) approved for a VSG to RNY revision. I have already been denied for the DS so this is pretty much my last try.

I  would love to hear from people that have had that surgery!!! I know that my sleeve has stretched a little and so I am wondering if that is something that will be readjusted during surgery ( I am assuming so since they are going to shape it differently).
As you can imagine, i could write a book as to "How to Cheat your WLS" but instead of doing that, I want to find ways to be a successful story instead. I have regained 90% of weight lost originally.
Looking for positive feedback and ways to surround myself with good "medical and Support" teams. Anyone knows of a good councellor/psy in Durham NC?

No need to hear from DSer since that was my first choice but it will not be covered and will not pay out of pocket.

So if you can give me some input as of the recovery being different/same as last time and some ideas as to what expect that may be different from  the first time around I would love to hear from you. Thanks, Nath

Good Luck!!!!  Maybe they can leave your sleeve, or at least your pyloris intact & functioning???
