Getting Revision Surgery 11-25 found the BEST chicken broth for pre-op diet

I started my pre-op diet on 11/6 to get ready for surgery on 11/25.  I am having my lapband removed and getting the Sleeve.  I'm so excited.

I found some of the best Organic Fat Free Chicken Broth at my local grocery store, Kroger.  Its in the healthy food section.  I told my husband we will never use the other stuff again.  Great flavor and satisfying....or it could be that I'm not on food so this taste like heaven.  LOL...I did give my husband "the chef" a taste and he agreed that it was really tasty.  Low in sodium too!!!

The brand is Simple Truth Organic.

I am starting my liquid diet tomorrow! I will for sure try this.
