Has anyone had gastric bypass then had lap band

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Heathercross is the only one that has posted success here and she doesn't recommend it for all. Hopefully you can talk to her.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

You are more than welcome to email me but PLEASE PLEASE read my profile first. It speaks to many of the initial questions you may have. BOB is not for everyone. It you have a stretched stoma - it wouldn't work. If your pouch is stretch it will. If there is just nothing wrong mechanically, you are eating too much and not exercising. so neither will work for you. The band is a B$#%CH and hard and a diet. Its not easy, breezy like the RNY.
