Hi C, 

right now i am waiting for the 25th for my GI barium swallow to determine if the band will be removed and sleeve done at the same time.  if it can not be done at the same time then i will have the band remove and only have to wait 8 weeks to heal before getting the sleeve.  So right now i am basically on my own trying not to gain anymore but not really stressing about it..  my band is completely unfilled and im ok with that.

i c you are waiting for the insurance papers you will get them soon..i think everything works out when its suppose to.  I wish you all good thoughts and please keep me posted.  i am at work now and i have no access to Facebook so when i get home this evening i will log on that site that you mentioned maybe i will see u there too..
