INSURANCE question

I have BCBSNC and Cigna, asking if anyone thinks I will have a hard time getting approval. Severe Gerd, Sleep Apnea, type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure wanting to go from VBG to RNY .

  Dr must submit letter of medical necessity along with narrative of all complications.  You will know soon enough.  Some co require psych Eval. Nutricianist for six months as well for revisions. You will not know until you try.  Good luck
