Still waiting

I am so over my surgeons office ! The insurance specialist went on vacacation without submitting my stuff ! She just got back Monday and I called her , she informed me she had to mail mine beucause it's an appeal and she was waiting for an envelope . But she promises to stop by staples on her way home and get the right size envelope. Are you kidding me ? Lord give me strength !!!

As much as the situation is very frustrating to you, breathe and hope for the best. One day at a time.
