How did it go? How much more did u lose after the bypass?

I just had my revision 9/9/20. What protein shakes are you all using? How much have you lost so far?

I stocked up on a lot of protein powder and broth. I did not realize I would only be having a tablespoon at a time, so it was a long time before it got used up.

i took off 2 weeks but im sure i will not use it all better safe than sorry!

RIGHT!!!! Thats what I'm going to do as well.. My job is pretty sedentary. So 2 weeks should be good for me.

Congrats!!! Im considering vsg to bypass due to weight gain and gerd. Hoping to have great results too!
