Denied again

I was denied again. Everything they want me to do I do and then its not enough. Three times denied. I fell like I am done with this Amy

Have you considered getting an attorney? I just got my first denial. Mine is a revision and although the policy did not indicate that I would need the Dr. supervised diet for 12 mo., that is the grounds for my denial. My ins. is BCBS TX ppo. I am going to round up what I can for proof of compliance, but if I get a second denial I think I will hire an attorney or sell my car and go to Brazil. I can get a revision to a DS for under $15K there. Who is your ins.? Hang in there. Kerry
