Comfort and marriage are not a license to abuse your body, Aim, and you know this. Don't get complacent, now. You know how this is done and what you need to do. Did you lose weight just to land a man then throw in the towel? I don't THINK so, sistah!

Now. Today. Post in the accountability threads. And you know, your husband doesn't want to spend your twilight years with you sick in bed-- and those years could be not so far away if you don't take your damn supplements. And once you lose your bone mass, it ain't coming back.

Be an example to your kid, and a wife to your loving husband, and above all, be true to yourself and value yourself enough to give your body what it needs. You can do it-- you can do hard things, Amy!

You know with my job loss/elimination and the new job and the 10 hour shifts and crazy ass schedule I have not been exercising and I miss it too!  Hoping to get a regular schedule in the next month or so and get it all back on track!  And yes I have been doing a little drinking and eating things I shouldn't and I would not have those extra 25lbs back I know it.  I am not even mad at myself about it like I would have been in the past but man more disappointed because I have let myself down on this, I know I can get back there but I have to do it, no one else can do it for me just like before but it makes me feel better to come here and have you to lean on!

I am working 4pm to 2am right now and feel crazy for this schedule, and sleep and then go to work again.

Thanks for you all and seriously I love you all!

Sounds like you need to start putting yourself and your health first again.  Im with Shari, dont get comfortable just because you got married and are feeling a bit more secure.  To put on 25 pds in less than 8 months, you have been eating/drinking A LOT more than you should...get the bad stuff out of your house!  I treat myself once/week, but I never keep it in my house.  Turn it around sister!

Amy,
no ass kicking here cuz your all ready down on yourself.

Take your damn vitamins, you know better.
Take care of your health first, then work on the weight.
That also includes back exercising.

Newbies, take heed, always take your vitamins, never slack on this. It's for life.

Anyway Amy, you are beautiful, happy and in love. Your family deserves better from you.
What we all did to our bodies...it was our decision and didn't we all promise our bariatric surgeons to take vitamins for the rest of our lives?
We all are indeed honest people, above all...keep that promise!!!!!!!!!!!!!
