Just got my P-28 bread...

Stop looking so surprised. Just cuz Jen and I are partners in Bariatric Foodie doesn't mean we have tried all the same things.

Now...

GOOD GRIEF THIS IS BIG BREAD. (If you're going, "what's P-28 bread?" click here). I was sort of dubious at claims that a portion of a slice can fill you up but...yeah...I can see it.

Stay tuned folks. I have a super, duper YUMMY recipe coming on the blog that will satisfy newbies and vets alike using this bread. Two words: COMFORT FOOD!

I just got mine yesterday, girl.  I'm out of state for the next few days so won't get to try it until next week, as my pouch isn't up to bread today.

I can't wait for just some warm toast - and I agree - comfort food.

OMG! I got mine last night too and haven't tried it yet.  I threw it in the freezer so the fam won't eat it.

I don't know if I will try it or not. Kind of scared of bread since it was a binge food for me.
OT but I tried your magic meatloaf the other day and I love it!

Magic meatballs?

And I suppose they are all gone and you did NOT snap a picture of them...

No, I have 8 left.  My daughter didn't want any so I am having 2 for dinner.  I will try to get a picture of the remaining 8.

Bread was a trigger food for me before surgery, too. But this bread? I could not overeat it if I wanted to, seriously. It is ridiculously filling. Sometimes I can't even handle 1 slice.

I'm right there with you girl, obviously not nearly as far out, I only ever attempt half a slice (well toasted)  and I can't even ever finish that. It's some serious bread. And thanks to you and Nik for all the awesome recipes on BF! I use them almost daily.
