What's good to eat at Olive Garden?

Actually more than I thought. I was biased against the restaurant, but having polled friends, family and gone over their nutritional information at length, my opinion of them has changed (just a little bit).

Today on Bariatric Foodie I give you the low-down on what's good at Olive Garden and how to avoid the pitfalls. Remember, as with any Bariatric Foodie Guide, it's also available for free download so you can take it with you.

Now go...read!

Macaroni Grill also has  chicken, beef, & seafood spiedini served with veggies & no pasta. Seems like a trend w/ chain italian restaurants. It was pretty good.

My son used to work there and loved the food.  The only thing I ever found that did not make me feel sick was the salad.  I have no idea why the food is popular, it is just disgusting, I hated it pre-op and my body hates it post-op.  Thankfully I convinced my son to eat elsewhere since he no longer works there and I haven't had to have the displeasure in quite a while.

Yeah. Not much of a fan either. I go when I have to so I get the best of what's available.
