How do you rebound from a slip that you have let yourself get in the habit of doing after having wls? Also, does milk not settle with anyone else. I had a glass of milk with a peanut butter waffle last night and I thought I was going to die?!
A lot of people are lactose intolerant after RNY.

You just have to go back to what you know you should be doing.  It's hard, but so worth it.  Also, the first basic is NO eating and drinking at the same time.  That maybe why you had the issues. 

My Get back to Basics:
1.  Don't drink at least 30 mins before and 30 minutes after you eat.
2.  Drink at least 64oz of water a day
3. Get in at least 60-80g of Protein a day.  
4.  Eat Protein first and if I have room eat veggies next, then a healthy carb like grapes (I usually don't have room for the carb)
5.  Limit Carb intake ( I usually stick to under 100 carbs a day)
6.  Exercise at least 3 days a week even if it is just walking

Thank you both for your support. I knew I could find the encouragement and understanding from fellow wls people like yourselves, That's why I decided to log back on here and post.
