My arthritis medicine is causing me to be munchy...
What are some things to tackle this?
This snacking is causing a big stall!
Someone told me their doctor gave them an antacid
med to end hunger/munchy while she was on it.
Has anyone heard of this?
Gees, I am just so stuck!
I know, write everything down...that does not end the munchy feeling...
the guilt is bothering,
Thanks

Are you on steroids? If you are, I can understand the unrelenting hunger. I have to be on and off it them. When I am I stock beef jerky. It takes me a long time to eat it, it's salty, and high in protein. I also up my fruit intake.
I hope you feel better soon.

if your grazing I would definetly up my vegetables and fruit.  Make a vegetable plate and snack on it

Never heard of antacid to control hunger.  If it did, the Dexatrim poeple would be out of business because antacids are cheap!

Make sure you have HEALTHY things (preferably as low calorie and high protein as possible) to snack on... deli meats are a GREAT snack item.  Also, turkey pepperoni, veggies, things like SF popsicles, yogurt...
