okay so yes, I went to class yesterday and I have a lot of new ideas but I don't have a lot of money to waste so I like the fact in class my dr. has vendors come and they bring samples. I am struggling with protein big time so hopefully when I get this it will help!
we tasted this yesterday by itself and added it into our protein sample and it is tasteless and odorless.

I think she's excited to share what she's learned. I was like that in the beginning too. :)

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!
Nice to see a protien that's neither soy nor dairy. A few years ago I would get no hits about this on any board.
The mild flavor of egg white protein makes it easy to mask with sf drink mix, unsweetened cocoa, baking extracts etc. All are inexpensive and found everywhere.
Two other egg white proteins:
Jay Robb, pretty good and available in individual packets too.
Healthy 'N Fit Nutritionals, even better tasting.
I only use vanilla because it is easy to flavor. Both can be mixed with milk or plain water. You can find them at Vitamin Shoppe.

Hi Chere - I'm a little late to the parade I guess, but do you know how much protein is in the egg white protein compared to the whey protein isolate? Ie, how many grams per scoop?
I hadn't really paid much attn to this before, but I think one of the posters said it's really mild flavored and I love that idea....
Thanks for the info!
