It's just what I call it.. I'm not sure of the exact name. But anyways, it is chicken tenderloins marinated in a creamy italian dressing and then baked on a low setting in a covered shallow bath of the italian dressing. It's really moist and soft and I just love it! Makes amazing leftovers for chicken salad, chicken wraps or just tossed in with a salad. My kids eat a lot of this stuff too!

Doing: a bunch of stuff. Ugh.

Eating:

1. PB Oatmeal
2. Went to a luncheon at work. Had a nice spinach salad with goat cheese/pine nuts and tomatoes, half of a HUGE chicken breast in marsala sauce, a few fingerling potatoes and some brocolli rabe. Dessert was a lemon meringue mini-tart. I had my three bites
3. I'm about to make a hot Click in about an hour or so
4. I will probably eat a slice of my sweet potato egg casserole (think frittata made in a casserole dish)
5. Not sure if I'll need a snack, but if I do probably cottage cheese, splenda, fiber one.

I'm off a little today.

I didn't get my usual breakfast in because I've had meetings all morning...

1.  Ready made chocolate protein shake (20g) followed by coffee with Splenda and creamer.
2.  Garlic lime chicken kebob (costco), an orange and some applesauce.

I'm having my Costco brand diet green tea with citrus right now.  Haven't had much water at all, I usually have my first bottle in the car on the way to work and have at least my second one down by now.  I'm freezing so I'm about to head to the cafeteria for a cup of decaf coffee if there's any left.

I have a protein bar "thawing" on my desk for around 3 or 4.  I had it in the fridge with my lunch.

I don't know what dinner will be... I haven't planned that far ahead.  See, I'm totally off my game today!
