OT: Just for fun... if you could buy any car you wanted (under $50k!), what would it be?
I'd be happy with a "newer" used car.
My must haves:
sunroof,
4WD
enough room for 2 adults a large teenager, two older toddlers, and a 110+ pound dog along with camping, hiking, kite flying equipment.
Blue, red or green.
LOL. I don't want much do I.
I'm looking at expeditions, etc. so while I'll hate having to pay for the gass prices, I do know we need something big enough to fit all of us and to pull a small trailer on occasion.

I am pre-op but asked my dh if I lost 100 lbs would he buy me my dream car. He looked at me kind of crazy, so that's a yes in my book. lol. I have never been a car person. I am driving a 2007 Toyota Sienna right now. I would LOVE a Ford Flex in white or that sky blue. The seat are so comfortable. I even dream about this car. IK crazy.
Got mine about a yr ago..Toyota Tundra Crew cab...LOTS of room in back seats. Silver with chrome step rails and a speckled black and silver grille guard(know sounds wierd, but cant tell but up close) AWESOME. Always wanted a full size truck and it has lots and lots of room. Short bed..SLICK. lol Ok sorry but you asked.lol
If I was going practical, I'd get another civic but this time the hybrid. I ran a 2002 civic into the ground (nearly 300k miles) and I miss it BAD. My yaris gets great gas mileage but it's so not fun to drive.
Impractical would be a Ford F350 diesel. And if money's not an option, a 2 horse slant gooseneck with full living quarters.

Wow... 300K on a 2002... makes the 102K on my 1999 Prelude look positively Spartan! The Civi is a great car... my only complaints with my EX-L are the measly 140 HP engine (the Prelude is 200 HP) and the rather stiff seats.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
