Has anyone had any problems with pineapple after RNY
i was told i could do the crushed pinapple but to watch for the fresh as it was stringy...i have not tried it yet..but getting the inckling to....i have used crushed in receipes and such, but just never ate it...and there is nothing better than fresh pineapple..in fact i have one growing on my pool patio...it will be quite a while before it is ready...but this is like the 3rd time this plant has made fruit...may plant it in the yard and get it out of a pot...
i am interested in how others do on the fresh pineapple too.
have a great day

Pineapple was one of the very LAST things we were allowed to add back into our diets on my surgeon's plan because it is hard to digest. It is also high in sugar (which won't matter to most people, but some poeple DO dump on natural fruit sugar).

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
