Down 30lbs so far...

I am now 4 weeks post-op and down 30lbs! Finally able to eat real food again!  I am loving beef jerky, it is low carbs and high protein, does have high sodium though, but it stays down and taste great!  Had 1/2 of a hot dog last night and felt sick. But I have not thrown up anything so far even though I have felt like it a couple times. I too am off all pain meds for about a week or more.
   Was suppose to go back to work this week, but still hard to sit for a long time and seeing how I work at a call center... thought it would be better to give it another week.  
   I was very happy yesterday when I got into a smaller bra (38DDD), that still sounds big, but even at my skinniest 150lbs I had big boobs (36D). Thank God I am tall... LOL! I am hoping when I reach my goal they are a little smaller that that! 

you are doing great I love to eat turkey jerky all the time... I have really small boobs and wish some of my fat would go in my boobs.

I am 4 weeks out on 4/26 and am down 33.  Just had my follow up and can eat soft/reg. foods.  Sounds like you are doing great :)

My 1 month out of surgery is in 2 days and I am down 30 pounds. Sounds like I am doing OK then.  Haven't had much luck with food though. Still doing shakes, cottage cheese and yogurts mainly.  Tried eggs didn't go well. Well try again someday. Not in any hurry. but GRATS!! to everyone!
