Gobble Gobble...I got a turkey neck!
Do you have one of those green rubber exercise bands? You could wrap it under your chin and bring it up over your head. Repeat this until you use the whole band and tie it on top of your head. It might look a little odd, but it will definitely hide your turkey neck. Any more problems you need help with? Glad to help, that's what sisters are for.
See you Friday at the Relay for Life walk.

I used Avon's Thermafirm cream when my neck got saggy, and it really DID seem to be helping, but it was getting too pricey (I needed the cash for PS on other parts of me!) so I switched to Garnier Ultra Lift Pro (in the red jar... not the nasty feeling stuff in the green jar) and that seemed to help as well for less than half the price.
I will say that my neck is the ONLY part of me where the skin retracted at all. (Maybe it would have even without the creams... obviously I don't know.) It was pretty saggy by the time I was about 18 months out (and was down close to 175 of the 185 pounds) -- although the sagging started much earlier than that -- but now (at almost 4 years out) I can happily report that I almost NO loose skin on my neck... just a very small amount directly under my chin!

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
