When I did my purée stage I did tuna witha bit of regular mayo and a bit of Greek yogurt and pulsed it a couple of times in the food processor, you can also try it with a bit avocado and finely chopped carrot in the processor. I did oat bran cereal with skim milk ( and splenda brown sugar blend, good in the morning and loads of protein) also scrambled eggs with cheese, cottage cheese, refried beans salsa and Greek yogurt with melted cheese and a slice of avocado. I also did beef stew and pot roast pureed in the blender. Add a bit of gravy YUM! make sure the meat you use is very tender, even pureed tough meat will not be nice to your pouch. If you are worried about getting enough protein, that is good! It will keep you vigilant. But don't drive yourself crazy, you are not alone you have us!!
Good grief did you have drive through surgery? No support from your surgeons office?
Yes you can have cottage cheese and beans. Just stick it in the blender. Count your protein. Get in the habit of counting and recording what your eating. You will feel more confident when you know what your getting. Good luck

I just posted to this on the Main Board, I think. (btw, IF you do post on more than one board it's helpful to those of us *****ad several boards if you put an XP or the words Cross Post in your thread title). But just in case you are not the same person:
