Fiber?

What is everyone doing to stay regular? Are you using fiber supplements? If so what are you using?

I'm doing better now -- just time solved the problem - getting plenty of liquids and just enough volume of food to make a difference.

Until now, I did stool softeners every day in the a.m. - I used 2 a day. 

I started using Splenda with fiber in my morning coffee and that seems to have made a huge difference.  I tried other fiber supplements with no luck.

I take mag oxide 1000mg twice a day, colace 2 pills twice a day, benefiber supplements and bran as often as possible and berries everyday along with the occasional prune juice and or dulcolax suppository and or correctol sennAkot. Oh and don't forget the fluids of course.

5 teaspoons Benifiber/daily
4 fiber chews/daily (Target or Vita Crave brand)
2 stool softeners/daily (dulcolax or store brand)
about 80-100 oz H2O daily

Certain time of the month I add a dose of Mirlax 2 or 3 times

Benefiber is amazing and works really well for me. Odorless, tasteless and easy to dissolve. I usually put it in crystal lite but it can go in almost anything.
