I have been making this recipe a lot lately, and I want to share it with you all. Please note, if you dump from dairy or fruit, this recipe is not for you.

Pineapple Fluff

2 containers plain greek yogurt
1 medium size container 1 or 2% cottage cheese
small can of crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 small box sugar free vanilla pudding (the powdered kind)
4 tbsp sugar free cool whip

Mix all ingredients and chill- I love this stuff for protein when I am tired of shakes. Mine is about 14 grams of protein per 1/2 cup.

Enjoy!

Sounds fantastic. I wrote it down for future use. Only on post op liquid diet for now but this sounds like a keeper. Thanks for sharing. Wish I had some things to share as well.

You can also make it without the cottage cheese (but with half a tub of Cool Whip)  for a better texture.  It is also good with cheesecake flavored pudding.

I add unflavored or vanilla protein powder to it to boost the protein even more.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Lora- Why didn't I think to add protein powder? I am definitely going to try that!
