how do you take your fiber?
I've been having issues with constipation since my surgery. I've tried several different things, but these are what work for me:
- For emergency situations when I haven't gone for a few days I drink "Smooth Move" Tea. It's not very good, but it does the job. I drink it before bed and I'm all set by morning.
- I've been taking a vitamin called Zygest which is a combination of probiotics and dygestive enzimes. I just started taking this two weeks ago and I've started to be regular for the first time in my life.
- Like Hala I add flax seeds to a lot of my food. I add ground flax to spaghetti sauce, taco meat, meatloaf, eggs, I use it for the crust of my protein cheesecake.

I haven't had issues with constipation, so no advice there, but how about adding the Fiber One to some Greek yogurt? That would turn it into a meal, since you've added protein. I know Kashi GoLean tastes great mixed with yogurt, so I'm thinking that the Fiber One might too.

Fruits and Veggies! combine this with running and I don't have many issues. I'm not dropping a deuce daily but I am regular for what I do and not praying everytime I sit on the toilet that I won't give birth.

You are too early out to do what I do. I eat the skins on veggies/fruits, I almost always have at least one serving of Fiber One a day (14g of fiber baby!) not always all at the same time. I usually work a high fiber tortilla into my day as well. Usually I get around 30g of fiber in. But I have a big pouch.

No matter what I eat I always take 4 Up & Up Gummy fibers every day. No constipation here.
