Pre-ops: I spotted 20oz. blender ball cup with black lid at Wal-Mart

for 6.48.I took a stroll in the protein section to check out some products that were suggested to me and others that I have read on post.

I saw muscle milk,bullets and etc. and then the blender ball cup with oz. markings and the silver round ball inside.

Just FWIW, I originally bought the large one (the one I bought has a wisk-type ball in it, but I saw one the other day that had a different kind of ball in it), but later I bought a smaller one, because even allowing for foam, I was only using such a small portion of the cup. The smaller one is easier to take to work, etc. and easier to hold since it is also a bit smaller around.
